Returns Policy
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Submit the Request for a return label
- Once accepted you will receive a request approval email and a return label (in a separate email) within 48 hours
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
- All refunds and exchanges will be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the returned product

Note: Return label Insurance will not be applied unless scanned in by the carrier facility using brown tape or a FREE carrier box (available at all shipping facilities)
Additional Terms and Conditions:
Custom design, engraved, or clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Items marked as 'Final Sale' may not be returned
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, no alternations by any jeweler, and must be deemed acceptable by GC
International returns are not subject to our free return policy, and special orders are not returnable.
Items sent to our office without a RMA number, packages shipped beyond the 10-day return period, or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted.
